These terms describe the basic rules for using SquareAvatarAI.
Use of the Tool
SquareAvatarAI provides a browser-based avatar generator for creating square-face icons and profile pictures. You are responsible for how you use exported images.
How Avatars Are Created
The current generator combines editable local SVG and Pixel parts. It does not claim that an external AI image model creates these avatars. The separate photo conversion page remains unavailable until a real backend is connected.
Free Use
Free includes manual editing, local generated variations, 256 and 512 PNG, SVG and personal profile or community use. Free generation does not require an account.
Creator Pack and One Final Avatar
Creator Pack costs $4.99 USD as a one-time PayPal purchase and creates one credit. A final avatar means the complete normalized AvatarConfig snapshot selected when you choose Finalize License & Download Pack. Generating a saved 12-result batch does not consume the credit; issuing the license does. A materially different design requires another Creator Pack.
Commercial License Grant
For an active issued license, SquareAvatarAI grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual commercial right to use the finalized avatar and its exported sizes, transparent-background version and crops for commercial channels, product identity, websites, game accounts and marketing materials.
License Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or extract the source components, generator assets or standalone asset pack, or offer them as a competing generator. The license does not promise exclusivity, trademark availability or that another generated avatar will never look similar.
Platform Export Presets
The Platform Export ZIP includes versioned convenience presets for X, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, GitHub, app icons, favicons, a standard PNG, circle crop, transparent PNG, SVG, LICENSE.txt and manifest.json. Platform specifications can change, so SquareAvatarAI does not promise those preset sizes remain permanently current.
Refunds and Payment Reversals
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase while the credit has not issued a license. After license issuance, refunds are limited to duplicate charges, delivery failure or legal requirements. A PayPal refund, reversal or chargeback may revoke the related unused credit or commercial license as permitted by law.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the site to violate laws, impersonate others in a misleading way, abuse the service, upload harmful content when upload features exist, or interfere with site operation.
Generated Avatars
You may download and use avatars according to the rights included with Free or the specific License ID. You remain responsible for avoiding misleading impersonation, infringement and prohibited uses on any platform.
Availability
The site is provided as available. Features may change, pause or be removed as the product improves.
Limitation of Liability
SquareAvatarAI is provided without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the site.
